Piano and music theory lessons are conducted at Uptown Music in Keizer oregon.
Rates:
Piano and Music Theory Lessons: $120 Per month (Includes weekly 30 minute lessons)
Audio engineering Lessons: $60 per hour if within 30 miles of McMinnville. (2 hour minimum)
Piano/Keyboard Lessons:
My approach to teaching is one that keeps the ambitions and goals of the student in mind. Not all students are inclined to learn "Ode to Joy. Whether the student is interested in traditional piano, or contemporary styles such as R&B, Blues, Rock, Gospel, or Jazz, my goal is to create a create a connection with the instrument while incorporating music theory helping the student not only play music, but understand how music works. These lessons are great for the young piano student and songwriters who wish to learn music theory as well.
Audio Engineering Lessons:
These lessons are conducted in your home studio where I teach you how to get the most out of the gear you have, and show you the tricks used to get professional sounding mixes relevant to your style of music. I also offer studio consultation and audio engineering services as well.
Experience: I have over 20 years of experience as an audio engineer and music producer as well as an associate of fine arts degree in piano performance. I not only teach, but am active in the music community as a keyboard player for bands, solo entertainer, and live sound engineer.
